With the Direct Specialty Care model, our specialist can focus solely on providing INDIVIDUALIZED MEDICAL CARE for every patient. This means that your unique health needs and concerns are our top priority, as we remove the constraints of the traditional insurance-based billing system.

We acknowledge that hormone replacement therapy and medical weight management may require ongoing care rather than a one-time consultation. We offer our patients regular visits, ensuring they receive continuous and comprehensive care. We make it our priority to help our patients find the best resources for testing, imaging, and medications so they have access to affordable and transparent pricing for their healthcare needs.

We offer our services on an annual retainer fee basis, which can be renewed yearly. For the convenience of our patients, we also provide the option to divide the retainer fee into smaller quarterly or monthly payments. Our retainer fee covers services such as telemedicine visits, unlimited phone calls, and unlimited access to our patient portal. Patients can use the patient portal to send messages and ask questions. The fee also covers Dr. Liqaa's services, such as monitoring, adjusting, and prescribing hormone therapy, ordering lab work, and our availability for your optimization needs from Monday to Thursday between 9 AM-4 PM (PST). We are happy to offer a generous discount on our annual retainer fee to military personnel and first responders.
