  • Dr. Liqaa Essam Naser is an out-of-network provider, and Empower HRT Clinic does not accept any health insurance plans.

    However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed invoice to submit directly to your insurance company. Please be aware that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by provider. While we'd like to help you, our office cannot help you resolve insurance claims.

    If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can use pre-tax funds to cover fees associated with our services. Please check with your plan provider for more information about your eligibility.

    Please note that Empower HRT, Dr. Liqaa, and our staff are not liable for any payment discrepancies or amounts determined by your insurance provider. Each insurance company has its policies and agreements, and it is your responsibility to understand them. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly for questions about covered costs and deductibles.

    We ask that all services with Empower HRT Clinic be paid for during your visit. We appreciate your understanding.

  • To ensure that Dr. Liqaa and her staff can effectively evaluate your health condition, please complete all Empower HRT Clinic questionnaires, undergo necessary blood work, and provide any relevant old medical records before your first visit if you'd like. This will help facilitate a smooth and efficient consultation process.

    Your first consultation includes a thorough review of your medical history, past medical history, family history, and risk factors. Dr. Liqaa will also review the report of your lab work findings to provide a comprehensive understanding of your health status.

    After scheduling your consultation appointment, you will receive an email with a link to our user-friendly online patient forms. These forms include the questionnaires needed for your first appointment.

    After your consultation, you can access your records through our online patient portal. During your follow-up consultation, Dr. Liqaa will review your biomarkers and relevant data and provide personalized recommendations for an individual treatment plan. If you need physical copies of your medical records, please remember that a $25 administrative fee will be applied to cover copying, handling, and postage.

    Please note that the initial consultation and comprehensive lab panel cost $500; payment is due upon booking your first appointment.

  • To secure your consultation appointments, we kindly ask for your credit card information when scheduling. Our team promptly starts assembling your portfolio, collecting important administrative data and biomarkers. Rest assured, we're already hard at work in preparation for your upcoming consultation. Your credit card will be securely stored and used for payment unless otherwise stated during checkout. We happily accept all major credit and debit cards.

    We kindly ask that all services are paid for at the time of visit. Thank you for your understanding.

  • At Empower HRT Clinic, our BHRT and TRT programs are structured with an annual membership fee divided into monthly payments. Each patient's yearly investment is $3,000, spread out over 12 equal monthly payments of $250. We require a credit card on file for these monthly payments.

    The annual membership fee of $3,000 covers all follow-up lab tests and doctor visits. However, the cost of medications is not included, as it can vary significantly from one patient to another.

    You will receive a $300 credit toward our professional-grade nutraceutical supplements if you pay the annual membership fee in full.

  • We have access to labs nationwide to accommodate your needs, whether you’re a local or traveling outside Washington. Some recommended specialty labs can be conveniently conducted in the comfort of your own home. You will receive all necessary lab kits and detailed instructions for at-home tests upon consultation. Once we have the final results, we will review them with you at your appointment.

    Please note that our elite comprehensive initial lab panel costs $500, a significant savings compared to the market value of $3,000. This initial panel will be repeated annually to assess your progress. Additionally, a minimum of four smaller follow-up lab panels are included in the monthly membership.

  • At Empower HRT, we prioritize delivering top-quality care for our patients. To ensure the efficacy and safety of your medication, it is crucial that you attend your scheduled follow-up appointments and complete required lab tests. Our policy states that we will not issue medication refills if a patient misses follow-up appointments or fails to complete necessary lab testing.

    Consistent follow-up appointments with Dr. Liqaa and lab testing are essential for properly monitoring your health and the effectiveness of your medication. Neglecting these appointments and tests can result in missed opportunities to adjust your medication or identify potential risks or side effects. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that prevent a patient from making it to their appointments. If this happens, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. In cases where a patient repeatedly disregards follow-ups or lab testing without a valid reason, we reserve the right to discontinue prescribing medications. Our top priority is providing safe and effective treatment for our patients. We value your cooperation and dedication to your well-being.

  • We kindly request that any changes to your scheduled consultation be made at least 72 hours (3 business days) prior to your appointment. This will allow us to accommodate any eager clients on our waiting list. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge of $100.00 (USD) for the visit.   • Unfortunately, Empower HRT is unable to complete medical disability forms for patients, nor can we provide medical records to support disability claims.

  • In the event of a serious medical emergency, it is important to call 911 or seek immediate assistance at the nearest emergency room. The Empower HRT Clinic and Dr. Liqaa are available as a medical consultant. However, if you have not been accepted as a patient through our application and contractual process, we recommend having a primary care physician for urgent care and issues.

    Our friendly staff is here to assist and can be reached Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that any response outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day.
